Operations, SEO, and performance marketing — these are the things I own at defau. Not because they're behind-the-scenes work. Because they're where the difference between an agency that talks about results and an agency that delivers them is made.
I've watched too many businesses run campaigns that looked great in reporting dashboards but generated nothing real. My job is to make sure that never happens here. Every campaign that goes out, every ranking that moves, every deadline that gets hit — that's my accountability.

What a brand says matters. But how it says it — and whether the right people can actually find it — is what determines whether any of it works.
I lead brand voice and content strategy at defau. That means figuring out not just what a client should communicate, but who they're communicating to, on which platform, and with what tone. The words on your website, the posts on your social feed, the way your brand introduces itself to a stranger online — that's what I focus on.
